How does purchase financing work?
VAI finances your customer's purchases from you in advance and offers them a flexible payment term. This allows for greater flexibility in trading on both sides. You benefit from VAI paying for the goods within 24 hours, a trade company financed by the Berliner Volksbank eG. Thus, VAI directly lowers your risk of payment default and also reduces your receivables. At the same time, the flexibility gained by your customer creates more sales potential and higher purchases of goods.

This is how you, as a supplier, benefit from VAI and become part of the purchase process:
Step 1:
Negotiate with you customer
You negotiate an offer with your customer as usual and agree on the performance and payment modalities. VAI takes over both prepayment orders as well as purchases on account.
Step 2:
Invoicing
Based on the negotiated offer, you create an invoice with the invoice recipient “VAI Trade GmbH”. You send this to your customer, who then forwards the invoice to us so that we can check the order and approve it legally.
Step 3:
Goods delivery and payment
VAI pays you according to the agreed payment modality after approval. You deliver the goods as usual to the customer's German delivery address.
